Ocala Metro Catalyst Fund - Executive Director
The Executive Director of OMCF is responsible for building and leading a high-performing, entrepreneurial lending institution aligned with CEP’s broader economic development vision. This leader will lead the organization through CDFI certification, capitalization, strategic partnerships, lending program design, operational scale-up, and long-term sustainability.
The ideal candidate is a strategic builder who combines private-sector execution skills, community development values, strong financial acumen, and the ability to attract capital and partnerships.

Director of First Impressions
The Director of First Impressions serves as the welcoming face and voice of the CEP and, by extension, the Ocala/Marion County business community. This role is responsible for creating a professional, engaging, and service-oriented experience for all visitors, partners, and stakeholders—whether in person, by phone, or online.This position goes beyond traditional front desk duties by supporting partner engagement, events, and daily operations while ensuring a polished, organized, and responsive office environment.
Director of Entrepreneurship Services
The Director of Entrepreneurship Services will expand business counseling and technical support for both emerging and established companies. This position will engage with the local entrepreneurial community, acting as a vital link to recruit entrepreneurs for all (CEP) Ocala Metro Chamber and Economic Partnership, educational business programs, PPBI and other CEP initiatives. This role serves as the primary entry point for entrepreneurs entering these programs, facilitating their journey towards success.
Chief Economic Developer
The Chief Economic Developer (CED) serves as the senior executive responsible for leading and executing comprehensive economic development strategies for the City of Ocala and Marion County. This position provides vision, leadership and accountability for business attraction, retention and expansion, entrepreneurship, talent alignment and strategic industry growth to strengthen regional competitiveness and drive measurable job creation and capital investment. Accountable for measurable economic outcomes including job creation, capital investment, wage grouth and tax base expansion. The CED oversees the Job Creation, Business Creation, and LEAD (Lake Economic Area Development) teams and serves as a primary economic development agency for Ocala and Marion County in local, state, national and international markets.
