What: Ground breaking ceremony for Maricamp ER, Ocala Health’s second freestanding emergency department in Marion County
When: Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
Where: 2897 SW Maricamp Rd., Ocala, FL34471- adjacent to First Baptist Church
Why: Maricamp ER represents Ocala Health’s latest effort to expand its number of access points throughout Marion County. The new, 24/7 full service freestanding emergency department will feature 12 emergency room beds and will be capable of caring for all ages, including pediatrics. The freestanding ER is expected to serve more than 11,500 patients a year.
