CEP Hires New Director of Partner Relations
The Ocala/Marion County Chamber & Economic Partnership announced today that Joe Reichel will serve as the new Director of Partner Relations. In this role, Reichel is responsible for recruiting, retaining and engaging partners in the activities and opportunities of the CEP.
A native of Pennsylvania, Reichel has been an Ocala resident for the last 20 years. He has served as the vice president of marketing and sales of Damage Control Services since 2010.
“We are so excited to have Joe joining the team. I cannot imagine anyone who would be a better fit for this position. He is as well-connected in this community as anyone I know and is a great champion for the CEP. I am truly excited to have him as our new Director of Partner Relations,” explained Kevin Sheilley, President and CEO of the CEP.
The Ocala/Marion County Chamber and Economic Partnership was created to be a one-stop hub for the community’s business attraction, creation and retention efforts. The Moving Forward plan seeks to impact the creation of 3500 new jobs with wages 15% above the county average and resulting in a capital investment of $225 million by 2018.
