Bring the Harvest Home !

Through a collaborative effort with Marion County's governmental and law enforcement agencies, the CEP is helping "Bring the Harvest Home".

This is a county-wide food drive initiative to help residents in need provide meals for their families. Over the next several weeks, we will be collecting canned and dry goods, baby items and personal toiletries at various locations culminating in a Holiday Food Drive event on December 6th at the Ocala downtown square.

If you would like to make a donation, the following CEP partners have kindly offered to collect these food items at their place of business. These donations will benefit Interfaith Emergency Services, The Salvation Army, Brother's Keeper, and other agencies facing a shortage of food items.

Thank you to our partners:

A Taste of Everywhere
Allan & Rogers Service, Inc.
BBVA Compass (all locations)
Edwards Construction
Fashion Revival Boutique
First Avenue National Bank
Gateway Bank of CentralFlorida
The Getaway Deli - 2637 E. Silver Springs Blvd
Gettel, Inc. (BMW/VW/Porsche of Ocala)
Hawthorne Village of Ocala
Maurice's in the Paddock Mall
NAI Heritage Management
Southern Lamps, Inc.
The Estates of Heathbrook

And a BIG THANK YOU to our November Business After Hours hosts at Custom Window Systems for not just a successful event, but for also being our first donation host for the drive.  Through the generosity of our partners, we collected over 570 pounds of food!
